I am a top award winning producer, selling homes and land in all price ranges in Virginia's Chesapeake Bay area for 25 plus years. Providing the buyer with my knowledge and dedicated research in covering all local markets in my Bay region to assure that I find them the perfect house and location is very important. I have a successful tract record in negotiating contracts and turning them into closings!

Serving on the Chesapeake Bank Advisory Board, Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce Board, Northern Neck Orchestra Board and a member of Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club are the current boards that I am involved in. I served two terms as president of the Northern Neck Board of Realtors and several years as a Board Member and hold a Virginia Real Estate Appraisal license.
